Finding out you’re pregnant can bring up many different emotions – perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, confused, or uncertain about what to do next. Whether this news came as a surprise or you’ve been thinking about it for a while, it’s completely normal to experience a mix of feelings.

You might be carrying this news quietly on your own, or perhaps feeling pressured by others’ opinions. Remember: this is your journey, and you need time, space, information and support to make a decision you are comfortable with.

How We Can Support You

Our Support Workers are here to walk alongside you during this time. We offer:
A Safe Space to Talk
  • Completely confidential support
  • No judgement, no opinions, just understanding
  • Someone who’ll listen without telling you what to do
  • A calm, peaceful environment away from daily pressures
Practical Help
  • Support to take a pregnancy test if you are unable to safely do this at home
  • Clear, accurate information about your options
  • Connections to local support services and further information as needed
  • Signposting to help with practical concerns (housing, finance, healthcare)
Emotional Support
  • Time and a safe space to explore your feelings and thoughts
  • Support that continues whatever you decide
  • Understanding from someone outside your situation

Our appointments are available in-person, telephone or online – Tuesday to Friday with appointment only. Contact us to see what time fits you. All our services are completely free and confidential. You can take all the time you need.
